From Detroit:

I-75 North to Grayling. Then take M-72 West to Kalkaska. Then take US-131 North to Mancelona. Turn left (West) in Mancelona at the only stoplight in Mancelona onto M-88 toward Bellaire. Travel West on M-88 approximately 12 miles into Bellaire to Shanty Creek Road. Make a right onto Shanty Creek Road, and travel one mile. Turn right into the entrance to Summit Village, directly across from the entrance to The Chief golf course. Continue and turn at the first left. Continue until you come to a stop sign. The Check-In Center will be to your right on the corner. Continue through the stop sign and the first drive on the right is the parking area.

From Grand Rapids:

Take US-131 North to Mancelona. Turn left (West) in Mancelona at the only stoplight in Mancelona onto M-88 toward Bellaire. Travel West on M-88 approximately 12 miles into Bellaire to Shanty Creek Road. Make a right onto Shanty Creek Road, and travel one mile. Turn right into the entrance to Summit Village, directly across from the entrance to The Chief golf course. Continue and turn at the first left. Continue until you come to a stop sign. From Lansing:

Take US-27 North. US-27 will merge with I-75 North. Take I-75 North to Grayling. Then take M-72 West to Kalkaska. Then take US-131 North to Mancelona. Turn left (West) in Mancelona at the only stoplight in Mancelona onto M-88 toward Bellaire. Travel West on M-88 approximately 12 miles into Bellaire to Shanty Creek Road. Make a right onto Shanty Creek Road, and travel one mile. Turn right into the entrance to Summit Village, directly across from the entrance to The Chief golf course. Continue and turn at the first left. Continue until you come to a stop sign. The Check-In Center will be to your right on the corner.
