Rescheduling / No Show Policy:  Because Vacation Properties Network subsidizes the cost of this

vacation package in order to offer it to you at a discounted price, Vacation Properties Network has

instituted this rescheduling/No Show Policy. Each time you need to reschedule a confirmed reservation, a $38.00 refundable reservation deposit will be required, which will be refunded to you provided you check in on that rescheduled date. If you do not check-in on your rescheduled reservation date, you will forfeit your refundable deposit. Because Vacation Properties Network is subject to no show fees from its participants with confirmed reservations who fail to show up on their confirmed reservation date, or who fail reschedule their confirmed reservation AT LEAST 72 HOURS IN ADVANCE OF CHECK-IN DATE, will have charged to their credit card a $75.00 no show fee, and will forfeit any prepaid fees or deposits.
