Memberships are transferable with the home sites at Hawk's Eye Golf Community and Legend II Condominium. However, a new initiation deposit will be required if a Membership is not attached to a new home site.
The fee for transferring a Membership is fifty (50%) percent of the then applicable initiation fee.
