In order to position your home properly on your property, we need to assess four key questions surrounding your property:

1. What has nature created on the property?
2. What changes or development has man done with the property?
3. What design restrictions impact the property?
4. How you would like to use the property?

In order to make those assessments, we will need to: 

• Acquire a topographical map and make note of the lot's natural features
• Plan to work with the lot's natural features and orientation
• Understand applicable neighborhood, municipal and state requirements
• Access drainage, including impact from any washes on the property

This information is then compiled and referenced throughout the design and building process.
