POLICIES

CHECK-IN TIME - 4:00 P.M.:
You may check in any time from 4:00 p.m.until closing on your scheduled arrival day.

The Check-In Center is open:
Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 10;00 p.m.
Saturday through Thursday, 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Off season we close at 6:00 p.m.
For late arrivals, please call 1-866-868-8196 during office hours. We will give you specific instructions, which differ from normal check-in procedures.

RESERVATIONS is open:
Friday and Saturday  8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.; 
Sunday through Thursday, 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

SECURITY DEPOSIT:
A security deposit is required upon check-in. We accept Visa, MasterCard or a $200.00 cash deposit. Upon your departure, the room will be inspected for damages. If everything is proper order, your credit card information will be destroyed. If you leave a cash deposit, please be prepared for a short wait at the time of check-out. Housekeeping will need to inspect the unit for damages prior to returning your deposit to you.

CHECK-OUT-TIME - 10:00 A.M.:
In order for us to prepare for the next guests' arrival, late check-out requests can not be honored. To check out, please feel free to just leave your keys in the room. Late check-out charges will be incurred if you are not properly checked out at 10:00 a.m.

UNIT STARTER SETS:
Each unit is supplied with a starter set of toilet paper, Kleenex, coffee/filter, handiwipe / S.O.S. pad, paper towels and bath soap. When this supply has been depleted, you are responsible for any additional supplies needed during your stay.

MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY:
The maximum occupancy stated on your RCI confirmation is all that will be allowed to occupy the unit. There will be a substantial charge applied to your credit card and/or you may be required to leave for exceeding the maximum occupancy limits.

NO PETS ALLOWED:
There will be a substantial charge for any guest bringing a pet to the unit. If you need a kennel for your pet to stay in while on vacation, please call the Vacation Club office and we will provide you with the name and number of a trusted local kennel.

HIGHCHAIR AND PORTABLE CRIB RENTAL:
If you should need a portable crib or highchair, please contact the office at least one week in advance of your arrival. We will make arrangements for the rental of these items and will have them in your room for you upon your arrival. Payment is required at time of check-in. Crib sheets and blankets are not provided.

To cancel a reservation booked through the Vacation Club, please call 1-866-868-8196.
To cancel a reservation booked through RCI, please contact RCI directly at 1-800-338-7777.
